However, it soon became clear that the sheer scope, breadth and extent of Phil’s masterclass in recipe writing would need to appear within two stand alone books. But now, in a publisher’s cut, and as a celebratory event, Savoury and Sweet are printed together in one handsome volume as a one off 250 copy, limited edition.
