However, it soon became clear that the sheer scope, breadth and extent of Phil’s masterclass in recipe writing would need to appear within two stand alone books. One book dedicated to savoury dishes and one book to sweet.
But now, in a publisher’s cut, and as a celebratory event, Savoury and Sweet are printed together in one handsome volume as a one off 250 copy, limited edition.
